Missouri Energy Loan Program – April 17th, 2020

It’s time! Money from the state is available again. Last week, the Missouri Department of Natural Resources – Division of Energy opened applications for their Energy Loan Program. They have money you may not be aware of. It’s off balance sheet and does not require a vote or effect debt limits. It also works very well with utility incentives. This is just the capital you need to fund that building upgrade you’ve been hoping for:

  • Improved lighting!
  • Better HVAC!
  • Solar panels!
  • Building comfort!

These very-low-interest loans (2%-4%) are only available to institutions of higher education, public schools (K-12), hospitals, and local govt. (including districts and facilities).

With loan payments lower than your energy savings, what are you waiting for? The extra money every month will help you start checking off your wish list. Be the person that brings this win-win to fruition.

Of course, we’d love to help. The deadline is April 17th, and for a few clients per cycle, we can front the costs of building evaluation and application. Contact us early (tomorrow!) to get on our list.

Over the years, Energy Resources Group (ERG) has helped public organizations like yours secure over $10,000,000 through this loan program.

Thanks, and we look forward to hearing from you

-Aaron
